Cancellation Policy
LGBT Visa understands our clients schedule may change at short notice. We are happy to accommodate a change in your booking. Please notify us within 24 hours of your upcoming appointment to request any changes. An alternative booking may be scheduled within 5 days of the original booking. There is an additional Fee of $40.00 to reschedule Face 2 Face meetings. Please note in the event of no-show or cancellations the consultation fee is non-refundable. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 days prior to the commencement of your scheduled appointment.
